Could not be happier. Product is great customer service was even better. Nick answered all of my questions before I had even placed the order. Helped me out with the shipping to ensure my unit arrived safely to Australia. I Built my own 4 player cabinet and needed help to correctly configure the controls. Do not buy an arcade hard drive from anyone but this guy (disclaimer:assuming gender). First of all, this will save months of work and frustration trying to build it yourself. Secondly, the initial setup instructions are super clear and easy to follow. Also, this guy is extremely helpful, patient and responsive with customers overcoming any technical issues. I was having issues with the bezels not showing up and he remote logged into my PC several times and fixed the issue. I am extremely happy I purchased the hard drive from him!
