Follow up review after purchase. I got all the Sega CD games stated, plus a big selection of MegaCD's (Jap/Eu exclusives) . Why spend days/weeks downloading them individually from sketchy websites when you get it all in one package here? The prices are so modest for the TONS of games you get. Follow up review. The collection is not 100% complete, but pretty close. It's got all the games and most everything you'd want. What I love, is the fact, that it's all conveniently packed in very fast downloadable files. The modest price is worth every cent being able to have such a HUGE collection in just hours instead of the days/weeks it would take to track down & download each piece of software individually. I was a bit weary because I don’t know hyperspin at all. I’ve heard it isn’t exactly a straight forward system. I was pleasantly surprised to see the drives came with Launch Box and Big Box options also. I can’t speak for Hyperspin, but after following just a few clear instructions EVERYTHING is already preconfigured and you’ll be gaming in the blink of an eye. I didn’t try Hyperspin, but I was gaming with Big Box literally minutes. If you’ve set up LB and BB before, you do have to take some time to get the emulators right etc. Not here… it’s already done and preconfigured from MAME to Daphne through to higher end emulators. I just purchased this collection. My expectations were to receive the dvd's within a few weeks. To my surprise, I received an immediate email with links to download. Therefore, I got the collection within an hour or two instead of waiting weeks! Not only did I get the games on the list, but a collection of the MegaCD roms exclusive to Europe & Japan.
To say I'm satisfied with the purchase is an extreme understatement! I'm not sure, but this seems like a 100% collection.
If you want to get this collection on your own, it would take months, even years traversing sketchy sites with slow downloads (Not to mention the virus & malware threats).
If you're a fan of the Sega/Mega CD, this is all you need for an incredibly humble price. In fact, I kind of feel guilty for getting it so cheap!
The best emulator for Sega/Mega CD is, of course, Fusion. It's even included if you don't already have it!

Do not buy an arcade hard drive from anyone but this guy (disclaimer:assuming gender). First of all, this will save months of work and frustration trying to build it yourself. Secondly, the initial setup instructions are super clear and easy to follow. Also, this guy is extremely helpful, patient and responsive with customers overcoming any technical issues. I was having issues with the bezels not showing up and he remote logged into my PC several times and fixed the issue. I am extremely happy I purchased the hard drive from him!
