I can't recommend this enough. It's absolutely worth every penny. I don't know the first thing about computers, but the customer service was amazing and the response time is insane. I was skeptical, if you find this, and you're not sure - rest assured.
I had dabbled with hyperspin and systems and just didn't have the time to compile everything and make it work right. I had a passable system that was missing a lot of the things that make this drive great.
I was able to get the system up and running, but needed some help with controls. Nick was SUPER accommodating. He remoted in, worked with me to get the controls working and I just spent an hour with my kids reliving the glory days.
